St. Paul, Minnesota. After shutting out the Predators 2-0 on Tuesday, Mike Yeo went with Josh Harding again on Thursday in the net, which isn’t surprising to this reporter. Number 37 didn’t disappoint this reporter while he was in between the pipes for Minnesota. Harding was diagnosed with MS a year ago. To see the way he played the game that he loves with a passion and with that disease, you would think Josh would get tired of playing. I think that Josh has the heart of a warrior. Another thing that really impresses me about Josh’s game this year is that every night that he is in the net it seems like he gets a heavy work load. That doesn’t seem to bother Josh when he is in the Wild net. There is no way in heaven’s name why Harding wouldn’t be a candidate for the Vezena Trophy. The Trophy is only given to the best goalie in the NHL. In my opinion, the man who wears number 37 on his Wild uniform is a definite canidate for that trophy. Too bad I can’t be a part of the media for the Wild. I would give Harding my vote for the best goalie in the league. Harding is quickly becoming a champion with this Sheriff.
