Los Angeles, California. Kobe Bryant and the Lakers are two games away from being dethroned. When you don’t play with team unity and the other team happens to have their big boots on, you are likely to be down two games to none which is exactly where the defending champions are. Dirk Nowitzki has clearly outplayed Kobe Bryant, and the last time I checked one man can’t win a series which is what the Lakers are, a one man movie. Phil Jackson can ride off into the sunset in two more games if the script doesn’t change. Meanwhile, on the other side of the bracket, the Bulls and Hawks are tied at one game apiece while the Heat is on Kevin Garnett and the Celtics.
