Homestead, FL- It’s Jimmy -vs- Denny and Kevin, with Jimmy’s reign in question. One day on Sunday, the curtain will close with a new chapter being written. All season long, 43 drivers have had common goal: beat the King. So now it all comes down to this, the Ford 400. The drama is just beginning with drivers taking pokes at each other. For example, Jimmy was asked, “How is this title run different?” and he stated, “The pressure is not on us, it’s on him” (in reference to Mr. Hamlin). Denny Hamlin only has a 15 point lead on the four time champ. This the kind of drama that this reporter is amped up for. The pressure is on all three of these men. One mistake by any of these gentlemen and they can kiss their championship dream goodbye. It wouldn’t hurt Jimmy to share the Sprint Cup, it’s not the Jimmy Cup the last time I checked. The last 4 years, it’s been the Jimmy Cup. This year it WON’T be. Will Denny be the top ham in NASCAR, or will Kevin be the “Happy Harvick” that we all know?
