Indianapolis, Indiana. Most of you know that I’m from the heartland of America, where basketball is a religion. And most of you know that in my last post I wasn’t very kind to New York. That’s because they don’t deserve kindness. How fitting that on Saturday night, one of our biggest Pacers heroes, Roy Hibbert, had an outstanding game and pushed New York even closer to the brink of extinction. The Pacers now are just two games away from a likely showdown with his highness, and another group of individuals who always draw this reporter’s disdain, the Miami Heat. When we go to South Beach, we are not swimming in the ocean, we are taking names and kicking butt! LeBron, here come the boys from the heartland, who you lost the season series to, two games to one. Time to give up your throne, James, cause here comes Hibbert.
