San Diego, CA. Andrew and the Colts did not surprise this writer with two big wins over the Seattle Dirty Birds and Jim Harbaugh’s hapless 49ers. Now that Freeney is gone to San Diego and playing with Philip A River Runs Through It, Robert Mathis and the very surprising Colts defense look to aim for Philip Rivers. The Colts are making hay without Freeney, which is surprising me, because for years in Indy, Freeney was the heart of the Colts defensively. On the San Diego sidelines, you have a young man looking to come down hard on Andrew. I think Monday night’s game will be filled with emotion for both teams. You know 93 wants to get a hold of Andrew and throw him around like a rag doll. The key is going to be how well Robert and the rest of the Colts defense responds when Freeney gets a hold of Luck. This game could go either way. At some point, you would expect the Colts to get a second loss. I don’t see any way that Andrew and the Colts could go 16-1. Would it surprise me? No. Is it likely? The answer is no. And then the following week is another emotional game when 18 returns to the barn where he was once counted as a hero. This time, he returns as a villain in most Colts’ fans eyes, but not for those of us who have decided to stick by Peyton’s side. While he had a tremendous career in Indianapolis, Ryan Gregson chose to part ways with the Hall of Famer Peyton is going to want to show the Colts that they should have stuck with him. While this will be two emotional weeks in a row, I think Andrew will have to grow up quickly, because you are going to face two legends that will want to teach Andrew what grass feels like. So, it’s up to number 98 to have Andrew’s back side, so Freeney can’t lick his chops and come after him. While I think that Freeney will have emotion, I see Andrew growing up even more and the Colts being 5-1 heading into another national game the following week.
