Miami, FL. The Heat made sure that David Stern would have one more game to watch as commissioner of the National Basketball Association. Love him or hate him, Stern is still around because the Miami Heat beat San Antonio very late on Tuesday night. I wonder what kind of legacy David wants to leave with the NBA fans? I’m not too impressed with the flopping rolls. It cost the Pacers $5,000 in the Heat series, when the Miami goons were the ones that started it! Maybe Adam will revisit the flopping roll? David Stern has a lot of bull to put up with, no wonder he needs to retire. LeBron James is nothing special! He is a snake from Akron, Ohio. We haven’t heard very much about Michael Jordan’s future in the NBA as an owner and I’m not going to speculate as to what his future may be. As for David Stern’s final game, I say good riddance! Have a nice life and let Adam deal with the garbage that you started. I miss the era when basketball was clean. Basketball has become a circus, especially when Joey Crawford is officiating a game. I don’t mind if you are going to give a “T” out but if you see both teams doing garbage then “T” them up and don’t talk to the coaches. I really think that basketball can do without the Joey Crawford way of officiating, or the Steve Javie way as well. If you have a situation like in 2004 with the Pacers, where the fans get involved, you should stop the game and take some time with your colleagues and get both the teams settled down so you are able to play some clean basketball. The referees are there to officiate. They are not there to be your friend. If both teams have to be warned about garbage, then “T” them up and lets go! That’s what is wrong with the NBA today in my opinion; too much talking between teams. You’re going to get players that teams don’t like to play against, so of course there will be tempers flaring, but referees seem to have a lot a favoritism these days. Especially when it comes to “LBJ”. Maybe it’s because he is a four time MVP? Or maybe it’s because they like to hear whining?
