Fargo, ND – Going into Friday afternoon’s semi-final action at the State ‘A’ Tournament, the Mandan Braves were the hunted.  It was the
Ali Collins show, with help, but this time a different ending.   Collins scored 27 points in what would prove to be her final game.
This wasn’t the Cinderella ending that she and her Braves team mates wanted.  Here are key numbers: The Mandan Braves shot at a 50% clip,
meanwhile for the Bruins, they shot 62.9% from the free-throw line.

From 3-ball land, the Braves shot at a 15.4% and the Bruins a 33.3%.  Final Score: Bruins 56, Braves 52.  Mandan now will play for third place tomorrow, while Fargo South will play BHS or CHS for the championship.  The Bruins are now 24-0 on the season, and the Braves fall to a record of 14-10.
