Brookings, SD. The Bobcats have tormented the Blizzard over the years. I remember a game five in Alexandria when the Bobcats went into “A” town and stunned the Blizzard. Tonight is going to be the key, can the Bobcats play the same way? And not get bus legs? We knew this was coming! If the Bobcats want a shot at the at the Robertson Cup, they are going to have to earn everything they get away from the den. Brookings would like nothing better then to force the Cats back to the den. The first five minutes of tonight’s game will test the team’s mental and physical attitude. According to Assistant Coach Garrett Roth, the third game is always the toughest to win. The Bobcats must rely on what they learned in early 2012-13. You have heard me say it many times sports fans, it is going to come down to team unity, because you know that Brookings is going to come out with guns blazing! If they don’t, Corey’s boys will be looking at a banquet to say good-bye to a lot of kids who can’t come back to play. These would include their team captain Thomas Williams, Aidan Cavallini, and Criag Lindegard due to their age. The Bobcats are so close to getting the team that no one can beat this year. They remind me of the Billings Bulls, who use to be a real pain in the butt for the Bobcats to play. I can remember going in to the Metro to face the Bulls, and the Bulls would always have our number. That was until we finally conquered them in 2003. I can still remember the final score which was 7-3! I also remember being so thrilled after the final horn sounded, when the team included me in their celebration. They made sure I got my hands on the trophy by handing it to me, and I could see my reflection in the trophy! I also remember how sweet it felt to finally beat the Bulls! That’s what it will feel like in the next round, when Chris Toc will have nothing to do and will have nothing to talk about, after we get done with him and the Bruins. We will brew nothing but trouble for them! Then we will see if we will have something talk about! I want another championship ring. The coaching staff will probably not be happy with me when they read this article, but that is how confident I am with Adam. He is bringing the Robertson Cup back to Bismarck, and I will have my 2nd ring because my buddy Adam will know how important it is to me for the Bobcats to be champions! I want to put a sign in their locker room that says “Chris, the talking will stop here!” On Wednesday we will talk about the melting of the Blizzard. I will tell the coach I want another ring, and I don’t care what he says. I’m going to make a sign for the Bobcats to put where they watch their videos, and I will personally hand to coach Roth! I can’t wait to see his reaction when he reads what it says! We are coming after you next Austin! You will run and hide but we will make hot water for you, and Chris can go swimming in the river over the summer!
