The Tigers got battered, pitching last night, as the Indians used good pitching and hitting. Meanwhile, the White Sox, who had a game and a half lead, fell to the Minnesota Twins 7- 2. However, the Tigers were unable to capitalize on the White Sox’ misfortune. The Tigers take on the Indians in a day/night double-header Saturday July 17th. The Twins take on the White Sox this evening.
