With the Minnesota Twins idle yesterday, the Detroit Tigers had a chance to roar ahead. The Tigers did pull ahead of the Twins by a half of a game with a wild win over the Orioles, 12-9. The Tigers looked like the Detroit Lions, the only difference was that it was on the neighboring baseball field. Now the Twins must respond to the Tigers, they have an opportunity to do that starting this weekend. Detroit faces Baltimore at Comerica Park tonight, meanwhile the Twins look to clip the Blue Jays north of the border.
