Jimmie Johnson is back in familiar territory where he hasn’t been all season. Johnson, a three time champion, is seeking to tie his boss, Jeff Gordon, with four titles. This would make the fourth straight year that Johnson has reigned supreme over Nascar. The series now moves on to the house that Jimmie has owned, Lowes Motor Speedway.

This is a bad sign for the rest of the contenders because Johnson is finally hitting his stride. The green flag in Charlotte is scheduled for 7 PM on Saturday.
