With a win on Friday night, the Bismarck Bobcats can reclaim the Central Cup, and then move on to Minneapolis where they will have a chance at the Robertson Cup which is currently held by the Minnesota Wilderness. The Bruins are one loss away from hibernation. Tonight’s game is at the Riverside Arena, which may be an advantage for the Bruins, but the Bobcats are a veteran team so they may push the bear right into the river. If the Bobcats play a good sixty minutes of hockey at Riverside, they should put the Bruins on summer vacation, win the Central Cup, and then everybody in Bobcatland will be champs again.
