Last year this team went 56 and 26, and Frank had the Pacers rolling. However, this year is a different story. The Pacers are without Paul George, but this is no excuse for why the Pacers have one of the poorest records in the NBA. It has nothing to do with Frank Vogel and everything to do with the players and their attitude. The players who wear the Pacers uniforms have two choices, they can either play like there is still something to play for, or they can go down the toilet, and sometimes it seems like they want to. This has everything to do with Roy Hibbert. He can either be a leader of the team, or Larry Bird can trade him. Some of the younger players, like Damjan Rudez, remind me of Reggie Miller. The Pacers were behind, but Rudez led them back for a win that they needed. Tonight, they are coming off a road trip, in which they were not able to do anything. If Larry Bird thinks about firing Vogel, this reporter will be irate with him, because it is not Frank’s fault. If they were playing like this when they had George, maybe it would be a different story, but this is without Paul George. Larry, do not even think about using your beak and firing Mr. Vogel, it is the players who wear their uniform for you. Have you thought about that, Mr. Bird? Frank is doing his best.
