The Bison had been unstoppable over the past two years. They had won 33 straight. That was until Saturday, when they ran into a much more determined UNI Panthers team. Chris Kleiman, the head coach of the Bison, was hot on Saturday, because he was in uncharted waters. UNI was ready from the opening snap, and the Bison never could recover. There almost certainly will be a new number one, but the road to Frisco goes through Fargo. Even though the Bison suffered their first setback of the year, it was after so many wins. If I was the committee, I would look at how many wins they have, rather than the one loss.
