INDIANAPOLIS – On Friday night at Bankers Life Fieldhouse, before the Indiana Pacers took to the floor to do battle with the Orlando Magic, a native of West Lafayette, Ind. had a chance to talk Pacers basketball with a recently-inducted member of the Naismith NBA Hall of Fame.

The 82-year-old native of Terre Haute, Ind. — Bobby “Slick” Leonard — can be heard on the radio throughout the state of Indiana with Mark Boyle, calling Pacers games and uttering one of his favorite phrases: Boom Baby! He can also be heard telling Pacers players to “get the ball into the big man, Roy Hibbert” and telling Hibbert to “go to the hoop.”

JeremiahBoyce.com would like to thank Leonard for his time on Friday to talk basketball and make us feel very special.
