Portland, OR – The Purdue Boilermakers are on their way to the Sweet 16, after dispatching the Washington Huskies after building a 14 point lead.  In the second half, however, the PAC 10 Huskies wouldn’t go away, but Purdue got the job done.  Final Score: Purdue 76, Washington 74.  They now play Connecticut at 6:07 on Thursday night for the right to be considered one of the Elite 8.
