Bismarck, ND – With the playoffs nearing, the Bismarck Bobcats prepare to do battle with the Brookings Snow Flurries. We asked Coach Sedevie if he has any concerns about the Blizzard, and he stated, “Hopefully, we can answer their push and we want to be the ones that are setting the tempo. This is our house, and we need to play like it!” When Sedevie was asked if he might give the goalie an early hook if they let in three early goals, Sedevie stated, “I think you have to have a feel for the guys and the goaltender in net. I don’t like pulling a goaltender, but sometimes it works.” He was noncommittal when asked if he would go with Aaron Nelson or the Grand Forks product, Bryan Nies, in between the pipes. Bobcat fans will have to put their butts in the seats to find out what Sedevie has in store. As far as the Mini-tauros, the Bobcats will look to put the hammer down and take the body. “Our rivalry between Minot has escalated and is one of the biggest rivalries we have now,” exclaimed Sedevie. I wear Bobcat Hockey on my sleeve people! I am looking forward to the knock-down drag-out excitement that Brookings and Minot will bring! This is YOUR home for the ‘Cats! This is the website that gets you inside the ‘Cats on game day! When asked how he felt about the calm before the storm, Sedevie said that he feels confident that the Four-Time Defending Champions can melt some snow. As far as the KX factor, Sedevie stated “I think there is a lot of pressure for every game this time of year.” Bobcat fans, if you are unfortunate enough where you have too many other things going on, you can watch the Minot throw-down on KXMB with Tia and Paul. The Bobcats have been working on the power-play, working on their systems, and making sure they don’t overlook anything that needs attention in practice.
