Bismarck, North Dakota. After an embarassing loss to Aberdeen, in which the Bobcats were totaly demoralized, tonight the Bobcats finally returned to championship form. This is a big weekend for the Capitol City Kitties because heading into the game, Owatonna had taken over a spot the Bobcats used to be in, first place. Here is the scoring recap. It would be Bismarck getting out of the gate fast with a score by Francis DeAugustine with a goal, making the score 1-0 Bismarck. Frank scored again making the score 2-0 Bobcats. However Owatonna’s sniper Chris Bournazos cut the lead in half 2-1 Bobcats. Bismarck quickly retaliated when Matt Gates put the icing on the cake for a 3-1 Bobcats win. The Bobcats now have a record of 12,7,1 for a total of 25 points. Meanwhile, Owatonna with a loss fell to a record of 11,8,3. The Bobcats will look to sweep Owatonna tomorrow at 7:15pm at the VFW sports center.
